Affirmations in personal development is referring to the practice of positive thinking and goal setting. To take action for self-empowerment and improvement with mental chatter, storyboards, or meditation. Done to—forster a positive mental attitude supported by focused work ethics, completed tasks to form good habits and mindsets. The inner being gains confidence by repetitive disciplines for success in anything.
