Christmas Felonies

What is a felony?

A felony is a crime involving violence and considered detrimental comparatively to a misdemeanor. These crimes are dangerous, punishable by imprisonment for years, or a life sentence equal to death, or death (lethal injection).

Roughly 1.7+ million people are incarcerated in the United States in Federal, State and local prisons. This number doesn’t include immigration camps, juvenile detention centers, military jails, and pre-trial holding cells. The legislation is different in areas of the world for individual provinces. Felons paid their debt/s, yet remain tarnished because the reputation proceeds them. Integration is difficult, hope is crippling, and faith is fading. You can’t change the past, so focus on your reputation. Find positive influences to renew your thoughts, edify your spirit, quench your thirst (your place of peace and planning) and relax your body.

Build a positive effective reputation by prioritizing “YOU”. Organize your action driven goals. Those useless behaviors from unguarded outside influences called spare-time and idle hands ruin useful habits. Anything you learned negatively, you can also unlearn. When trust is broken, it has to be restored so you can become trustworthy by your standards and build steadily, growing in wisdom and increasing your value.

My brother’s keeper

“There’s no way around hard, hard work.” ~ Arnold Schwarzenegger

Show accountability with contracts, behavior modification, and possible environmental change. This may include finding improved mindsets, daily routines, and connections. It may include eliminating, filtering, or repairing emotional connections without guilt or shame. The person you let down wasn’t your parents, kids, dog, it was YOU. You can’t be your brother’s keeper if you’re un-kept’d. Wisdom is wealth! You can’t have growth without struggle. When something loses its integrity, it loses its value. i.e. a drinking cup with a hole in the bottom.

This is a hilarious story. The first time I heard Mike Murdock was on television in a hotel spa because I needed a mommy break. One day of total relaxation solely for moms, they aired Mr. Murdock early in the morning. Yeah, you gotta get up early for him, okay? This man can preach. I continued to listen, and it seemed as if he was speaking to me with his words. It completely hypnotized me until he mentioned sowing a seed of $1,000.00 and I snapped out of it. I said, “Oh, he’s not speaking to me”. Lol However, I purchased the book.

“Negative people will not leave on their own. You must kick them out”. ~ Mike Murdock 7 Laws You Must Honor to Have Uncommon Success.

Idle time on your hands can lead to boredom, troubling and destructive thinking. Find a productive hobby, job, or like-minded group. Develop the positive affirmations, friendships, and form healthy habits through repetitive actions until it becomes a part of you.

“Rome wasn’t built in a day,” ~ John Heywood;

It took less than an hour to burn it down.

Old habits don’t leave on their own. Kick them out. Changing a limiting belief is difficult, but necessary for desired results. Everything begins in your mind first, before it manifests into reality. Whatever you’re not changing, you’re choosing. This is not about perfection, tradition, or a list of chores to follow. Find those broken records inside your head playing “defeat” over and over and break it, prove it wrong and always challenge it. Put on a record that plays “victory” is mine. Soon you will rid yourself of low self-esteem and shame. This will give you a reason to have something worth fighting for.

Doug Carn wrote it best:

Contemplation the key to spiritual sight (lyrics by: Doug Carn)

Soul in a restful state; Peace when the day is ending. I sit and I contemplate and search my life for its very beginning.

Come on in and get in line; Acknowledge the one tha’s most subline. You must find a way to get back home; Sit down, work it out, see what its all about.

Search till you find true peace of mind. You’d better try hard or die hard and no one will shed a tear; For a child of the Creator is bound by his own fear.

You are free from the day you are born; so find a place of your own. A space where you can survive, a place to be alive.

Life is what you make it; its up to you and how you want to take it. True knowledge is free open your eyes and see; have faith in yourself; be what you want to  be.

Contemplation

Sweet meditation; for the moment just concentrate; time for you to relocate. Live in your mind, leave others behind. What you do; what you say; what you know; is all that you need to go.

Tell me what is your fate?

Could you some day be great?

Look at your mind and watch it grow; your life isn’t short; its eternal you see;

So Contemplate and find the key.

Creativity is key (Christmas Felonies- continued…)

No matter what your state requires, most companies expect you to complete an apprenticeship before you work on your own.

  9. Boxing/Wrestling/UFC– Local gyms train boxers and many have been professional UFC fighters, boxers, and wrestlers themselves. Boxing is probably the number one sport for ex-felons who took part in the sport. It is the one sport where an individual can turn his life around and pick himself up from the gutter. You can get a boxing license if you’ve served your time. Team USA
